Late Policy 

Thank you for choosing me as your personal trainer. To ensure a smooth and effective training experience for both of us, I have implemented the following late policy:

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session time. This allows us to start promptly and make the most of our time together.

  • Late Arrival: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. I may not be able to extend the session due to other commitments and appointments.

  • Notification: If you know you will be late, please notify me as soon as possible. We can discuss options for rescheduling if necessary.

  • Repeated Lateness: Chronic lateness (more than 10 minutes late on multiple occasions) may result in a discussion about your commitment to the training program and whether adjustments are needed to accommodate your schedule better.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged for the session.

  • Flexibility: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have a valid reason for being late or missing a session, we can discuss options for rescheduling or adjusting your training plan.

  • Termination: If you are unable to abide by the rules, through the trainer digression, your remaining sessions will be forfeited, you will receive no refund & you will no longer be able to train with ClubMass. you have up to [2 no call no shows or lateness]

Please review and acknowledge this late policy to ensure we are both on the same page regarding expectations and responsibilities. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out to me.

No-Refund Policy

We at [ClubMass] are committed to providing high-quality training services to our clients. We value your trust and are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. However, it's important to understand our policies regarding refunds:

  1. Payment: All fees for personal training sessions must be paid in full before the sessions begin. We accept [list accepted payment methods]. Venmo & PayPal

  2. Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to provide at least [2] hours of notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of training sessions. Failure to provide the necessary notice may result in the forfeiting of that session without refund.

  3. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled training session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

  4. Non-Transferable: Personal training sessions are non-transferable between clients. They are intended for the individual who purchased the sessions and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

  5. No Refunds: Please note that all payments for personal training sessions are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is understood that the client has committed to the agreed-upon training services, and refunds will not be issued for any reason.

  6. Trainers Cancelation: Please make a key point for rule 2,3 & 5. If Client/Participant(s) are unable to follow through. From the trainer’s digression, your overall package deal will be forfeited, and you will no longer be able to train with [Clubmass]. There will be no refund and the remaining sessions will be terminated. You have up to 2 chances. Again, please read rule 2,3 & 5.

 

By engaging in personal training services with [ClubMass], you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.
